Welcome to CantoLyrics AI ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website and services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Use of the Service

CantoLyrics AI provides an artificial intelligence-powered platform designed to assist in Cantonese lyrics composition with a focus on 0243 tone matching.

• Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, promotes hate speech, violence, or infringes upon the intellectual property rights of others. We reserve the right to terminate access for users who violate these standards.

2. Accounts and Registration

To access professional features and credit-based generation, you must register for an account via email or Google Authentication. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Credits, Payments, and Subscriptions

Our service operates on a Credit System. By purchasing credits or subscribing, you agree to the following:

• Credit Consumption: Credits are deducted upon the successful delivery of a response from the AI.
• Generation V1 (Master): 250 credits (Standard) or 350 credits (Long).
• Generation V2 (Inspiration): 150 credits.
• Rewrite: 250 credits (Standard) or 350 credits (Long).
• Note: The first three uses of each service are currently provided for free as a trial.
• Billing: All payments are processed via Stripe. Subscription credits are granted at the start of each billing cycle and do not roll over to the following month unless explicitly stated.
• Refund Policy: Due to the high computational costs associated with AI generation, all purchases are non-refundable once credits have been used. We do not offer refunds for subjective dissatisfaction with the creative quality of the lyrics.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

• User Content: You retain all ownership rights to the prompts and themes you input.
• Output Lyrics: You own the lyrics generated by the Service. You are free to use them for commercial or non-commercial musical projects.
• AI Specifics: You acknowledge that due to the nature of machine learning, the Service may generate similar or identical outputs for different users if the inputs are substantially similar. CantoLyrics AI does not guarantee the copyrightability or uniqueness of any generated output.
• Platform Rights: We retain all rights to the Service’s branding, design (including our signature analog/stationery aesthetic), code, and proprietary 0243 matching algorithms.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

While our core technology is optimized for Cantonese 0243 tone matching, we do not warrant that:

• The generated lyrics will be 100% accurate in tone-to-melody matching.
• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• The output will meet your specific artistic expectations.

Linguistic and musical quality is subjective, and the AI serves as a professional assistant, not a substitute for human final review.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CantoLyrics AI and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including loss of profits or creative data) arising out of your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or our business interests.

8. Governing Law
